Question 1

What is Sendsitive?

Accepted Answer

Sendsitive is a competitive intelligence platform for tracking your competitors' email marketing. It gives you a dedicated inbox of their campaigns, analytics, and strategic insights into how they message their customers. Text message (SMS) tracking is included starting on the Starter plan.

Question 2

How does Sendsitive protect my privacy?

Accepted Answer

Sendsitive generates a unique tracking email address for each competitor you want to monitor. You never expose your own contact information when subscribing to a competitor's emails.

Question 3

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free plan is permanent and lets you browse the Explore archive of recent competitor campaigns from the last 15 days, with search and filters. No credit card is required to start.

Question 4

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can optionally start a 14-day free trial of the Basic plan to track your own competitors' emails, with no credit card required. The trial covers email tracking only, SMS tracking starts on the Starter plan. The trial is opt-in, so you are never charged automatically.

Question 5

How much does Sendsitive cost?

Accepted Answer

Sendsitive has a permanently free Explore plan, then paid plans that start at 14.50 dollars per month for Basic (track 5 competitors), 24.50 for Starter (10 competitors), 49.50 for Pro (25 competitors, custom alerts, and 5 dollars of monthly AI usage), and 99.50 for Business (50 competitors and 10 dollars of monthly AI usage).

Question 6

What is Sendsitive AI?

Accepted Answer

Sendsitive AI reviews your competitors' actual sends and turns them into clear strategic answers about cadence, offers, flows, themes, and likely next moves. It is available on the Pro plan and above, and it runs on a monthly usage balance: 5 dollars of AI usage on Pro and 10 on Business, shared with the MCP server. Each question costs what the model actually costs to run, typically a couple of cents, and your balance and what you have spent are on the billing page. When the balance runs out the AI pauses until the next month; nothing else about your plan changes.

Question 7

Can I use Sendsitive from Claude or other AI tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Pro plan and above you can connect Sendsitive's MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or any other MCP client, then ask about your competitive set right where you already work. Access is read-only, scoped to your workspace, and draws from the same usage credits as Sendsitive AI. You can connect with one click via OAuth, or generate an API key for programmatic access from Settings → API and Connectors.

Question 8

Can I add more people to my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every paid plan includes a number of users (1 on Basic, 2 on Starter and Pro, 3 on Business), and you can add extra seats for 12.50 dollars a month each, or 125 a year on a yearly plan, from the billing page. A seat is charged for the rest of the current period when you add it and billed with your plan after that. Remove a seat whenever you like; it stops billing from your next invoice.

Question 9

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Question 10

What kind of insights can I get from Sendsitive?

Accepted Answer

You can monitor send frequency, ESP identification, subject line patterns, timing trends, content calendars, and more, all drawn from your competitors' real campaigns.
